5 Ways to Wellbeing - Connect
As restrictions are lifted and we are allowed to socialise, connecting and reconnecting with people is very important, and we might not know where to start.
This is one of the reasons that we've set up the Happiness Hub, so as a community we can help and encourage people to socialise, make new friends and connections!
Our wellbeing theme for our first month of meetings is all about just that, connection! And if you came along to our first meeting last week, you've started making those connections already!
Our acts of kindness and connection ripple out and impact so many more people than we realise - and they also boost our own happy hormones too! Kindness is infectious and if you're kind to someone, they are very likely to continue that kindness and extend it to the next person they connect with too! It's the gift that keeps on giving!
In stressful times people around us may be feeling the strain, so let's try to keep calm, take time to listen and show compassion.
