The content development has been part-funded by a grant from the Cheshire Crime Commissioner Fund.

Kedren Elliott

Counsellor & Project Lead

I'm a qualified person-centred counsellor and have been working as a counsellor and fundraising at local mental health charity North Staffs Mind for two years.

In October I set up the mental health podcast The Happiness Hub best buddy Liz. The idea behind the podcast was to let people know that looking after your mental health doesn't have to be complicated and there are simple things we can all do to look after our mental health daily.

 I’ve been a mindset coach for over 10 years, performing talks, working with businesses, 1-2-1 clients, schools, workplaces and teenagers. This is my life work after becoming fascinated with the latest research into Quantum Physics and Neuroscience, together with discovering the spiritual insights of The Law of Attraction, Abraham Hicks, Dr Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton to name a few…I became interested because I realised we really can change our life…but it had to be from inside…out.

I'm Liz, Kedren's podcasting side-kick, a close friend and gin-buddy for over 10 years.
My mental health challenges started in my early teens and continued through a rather traumatic year in 2004. It was at this point that I discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which quite literally changed my life - or maybe my perception on life...

In our podcast, I will share with you some of the tips and techniques that I learned whilst training for my NLP Practitioner and then Master Practitioner over 14 years ago. NLP got me through some very dark times and given me a bag of mindset tools and strategies to help me keep my mental health, well... healthy!
